The centre is all on one level, with wheelchair access, off-road parking, disabled WC, baby change facilities and zoned heating. Social distancing is easily possible. It is in use most of the time by regular/weekly groups.
Though it is suitable for day conferences, and the large outside, private and enclosed lawn is an added benefit, we are mostly booked up. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW HIRE FOR ONE-OFF PARTIES.
The renovated centre has a new kitchen, hygienically restored, keeping the original Aga ‘Master Chef’ gas cooker. It has recently been issued with a gas safety certificate. We comply with fire regulations, gas and electrical standards.
Both halls have been decorated and sound-proofed to deaden the previous echo! The larger hall (15m x 10m) has a Bose sound system and a ceiling-mounted data projector. The smaller hall (10m x 10m) has a 60inch touch screen display.
The office is comfortable and suitable for private work, or counselling. There is a blind to screen the internal window for enhanced privacy.
